Architect Todor Sheynin is the Manager and sole owner of the company capital. He graduated in Architecture from the Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction in Sofia in 1980. He is the author of many architectural projects, many of which are in the process of implementation. He is the laureate of the “Plovdiv” award for design and realization of “Loven Park” restaurant and he is also the winner of the special award of “Construction and Properties” newspaper.

The construction company he is in charge of has built many residential buildings, hotels, restaurants and commercial properties in the city of Plovdiv and at the Black-sea coast, based on his designs.
